AM. Junior Book Club
Reluctant readers are often drawn to different types of novels. The pictures illustrate scenes, allowing for shorter dialogue. Avid readers may be drawn to the visual artistry that allows them to see characters and scenery, in ways that may be difficult to translate verbally. In short, literature can be a fun way to keep your young readers engaged in the joys of reading.
Students will learn:
- to enjoy reading and comprehension
- to know how the language is used in this form of art
- Visualizing and understanding dialogue with or without illustrations
PM. Paleontologist (AR/VR)
Discover the life that roamed the earth long ago(AR/VA) and learn about being a paleontologist.
This exciting adventure in dinosaurs discovery will have your camper playing in the dirt and having the time of their life! Campers will be immersed in several hands-on projects that they will take home to continue their adventure.
Students will learn:
- Build and take away a cool T-Rex Model.
- Understanding the history of the dinosaurs
- Miniature Dinosaur Dig;
- Panning for Gems and Minerals;
- Crack Open a Geode;
