Champion Summer Camp
Policies and Procedures

Hours

Summer Camp Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm (with Morning Care and Extended Care).

​Morning Care

We provide Morning Care from 8:00am - 9:00am everyday.
*The Morning Care fee will be waived for Champion After School students and Non-Champion After School students who have registered camp for 2 or more weeks.

Extended Care

The extended care starts from 4:00pm - 6:00pm everyday . Writing in Chinese (Grade 3 - up) Reading in Chinese (Grade 2 - up) Speaking in Chinese (Grade K - up) Game, Crafts and more (Grade K - up), and Maths *The Extended Care fee will be waived for Champion After School students and Non-Champion After School students who have registered camp for 2 or more weeks.

Drop-off

Drop-off begins at 8:45 am. Early drop off (Morning Care) starts at 8:00 am.
*Students who join morning Sports Camp (Tennis, Golf, Badminton, Fencing) must show up at Champion before 8:45 am.

Pick-up

Children who attend afternoon camp or all day camp must be picked up by 4:30 pm. Children who are with Extended Care must be picked up by 6:30pm.

Late Pick-up

Student safety is the highest priority of Champion Camp. Therefore, we make every effort to ensure all students are under supervision until they return to you at the end of the day. For that reason, we are concerned about children who are left after dismissal time. When children are not picked up within 20 minutes after the program attended is dismissed, the child’s parent or guardian will receive a letter each time this occurs. If a third incident occurs within 60 days, the parent or guardian will be charged $5.00/minutes (maximum $30.00/day) payable to Champion Camp. If you wish, we can provide you with extended care services. Please contact our office at 919-388-1739.

Lunch

Children have the option of bringing lunch or buying hot-meals from camp lunch menu, $25/week. Forms are available at the Champion front desk and and online. All lunches must be ordered by 9:00 am on the first day of the week attended. Two snacks and 1 water bottle should be brought from home.

Transfer Camp Session (Reschedule Camp)

We are open to accept requests of transferring Summer Camp session from one to another for whatever reasons, but there will be charging $25 convenience fee if the total amount of order is lower than the original order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to transfer sessions/reschedule camp.

Refund Policy

It is totally understandable that sometimes you need to cancel services. But before that, we suggest you consider Transferring Camp Session to another available session since there might NOT be full payment refunded, depending on conditions as below: Full refund except 3.5% order withdrawal fee, notice us more than 30 days prior to session start date.
50% refund, notice us less than 30 days and more than 15 days prior to session start date.
No refund, notice us less than 15 days prior to start the of camp session.

Waiver & Liability Agreement

I (parent/guardian) understand that there are risks associated with playing all sports and field related activities. In consideration for the privilege to use the facility and/or attend the camp/clinic, my agreement indicates that I assume the risk of any injuries that myself or my children may sustain while participating in any activity at Champion Camp and for any injuries which myself or my children/wards may sustain while on the premises of Champion Camp. I insure that I am or my child is physically and mentally able to participate in physical activities. I give permission for camp trainers and coaches or contracted health care to start preliminary treatment and arrange transportation for me or my child to a local Emergency Room in the event that I or my child become(s) ill or injured. I acknowledge that Champion Camp will be videotaped or photographed for educational use and publicity in social media platform, catalogs, and newspaper. I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand and agree to all of its terms and conditions including permission to treat agreement. I further state that I have executed this waiver and liability voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance to be binding on my, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
