Champion Mandarin Camp
( Age 3 - up )
Champion's choice of teaching methods on what fits students the most. For Champion Mandarin camp students, we know they are energetic and ready to engage in Second Language Learning while having lots of fun. Now we will tell you how we keep them active and participatory.
Expeditionary Learning
The Champion Mandarin Camp Program allows students to go on expeditions and develop problem-solving skills in the real world. We have great natural resources and a diverse community, so we can make great use of them to study Chinese Language in depth. Communicative games, indoor activities, outdoor expedition, museum enrichment, and field trip.
Kinesthetic Learning
Instead of listening to lectures or watching demonstration in the classroom, we prefer to choose different teaching methods to fit students' learning styles and multiple intelligences. Young kids love to learn with this learning style because they get to create and make their own projects: hands-on experiences, Art making, role-play, Lego building and sports.
Differentiated Learning
Since we have different types of learners in our Champion Mandarin Program, Champion provide differentiated instruction to meet their special needs. Finishing tasks at their own levels, offering different handouts to students, challenging students in an appropriate degree, and team working to reteach topics.
